Understanding and working with our emotions can help build greater self-awareness, improve relationships, and support overall mental well-being. This course explores the purpose and importance of all emotions, including the impact that emotional numbing can have on our lives. Participants will gain insight into their own emotional patterns through guided reflection and discussion, while learning practical self-regulation and grounding techniques that can be used in everyday situations. Through increased emotional awareness and skill-building, participants will discover ways to respond to emotions with curiosity, resilience, and self-compassion.
