CMHA branches across Manitoba offer a variety of services. Our services are informed by CMHA’s Framework for Support and the recovery model as a basis for working with people with mental health illnesses and challenges.
Services
OSI-CAN is an Operational Stress Injury/Post Traumatic Stress Support Initiative. OSI-CAN Manitoba offers peer support groups (facilitated by members with lived experience), family support groups, and referrals to equine therapy programs. Our support groups provide a free, safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment where we can talk openly and build our understanding about mental health and find meaningful support and resources.
