Shorter days, colder weather, and less sunlight can affect mood, energy, and motivation for many people during the winter months. Some may experience stronger shifts that are linked to Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), which can impact daily life and overall well-being. This session helps participants understand how seasonal changes influence emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and introduces practical strategies to cope with these changes. Participants will explore evidence-based approaches to support mental health, maintain balance, and feel more confident navigating the unique challenges of winter.
