Emotions play an important role in how individuals think, feel, and act. Strong emotions can at times arise unexpectedly, leaving people feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or unsure why they are responding so intensely. These reactions are often connected to emotional triggers, which are signals linked to past experiences that influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. This course explores what triggers are, why they happen, and how they affect daily life. Participants will learn strategies to identify their personal triggers, respond with greater awareness, and manage reactions in more productive ways.
