For many people, the holiday season brings a mix of joy, connection, and added stress. Social expectations, family responsibilities, and personal pressures can make it difficult to focus on personal well-being. In this session, participants explore their emotions, reflect on what matters most, and identify supportive ways to care for themselves throughout the holidays. Opportunities are provided to explore feelings, create meaningful experiences, and notice moments of joy along the way. Practical tools and encouragement help participants move through the season with greater self-compassion, balance, and a calmer mindset as the new year approaches.
