Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment with openness and without judgment. It can help calm the mind, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. Painting offers a natural way to practice mindfulness, as it invites focus, creativity, and gentle awareness through the process of creating. Int his session, participants will be guided through simple mindfulness exercises while exploring painting to relax and express themselves. the focus is on the experience of creating rather than the final product, encouraging curiosity, presence, and self-kindness. No art experience is required. Participants will leave with their own artwork and a greater sense of calm, balance and connection to themselves.
