In this workshop, participants will combine mindfulness with painting to relax and express themselves creatively. No art experience is needed – just a desire to explore and enjoy the process. Through simple exercises, participants will use painting to stay present, reduce stress, and find calm. Everyone will leave with their own artwork and a sense of peace.
