Journaling is a proven tool for emotional clarity, stress relief, and self-discovery. In this session, we will explore the why behind journaling and the many ways to make it your own. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just starting out, you’ll discover flexible, creative approaches to help you process emotions, reflect on life’s moments, and gain deeper insight into yourself. No rules, just reflection. It is time to journal your way.
