Boundaries help protect energy, support self-respect, and strengthen relationships, yet many people struggle to set them. This course offers an introduction to the role boundaries play in well-being and everyday life. Participants will examine their own patterns, uncover obstacles that make saying “no” difficult, and practice practical strategies for expressing limits with confidence. The course supports participants in feeling more self-assured, grounded and capable of honouring their needs in both personal and professional relationships.

Course date: Tuesday, August 11, 2026
Time: 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm
Location: CMHA, 930 Portage Avenue – Plum Room
