Boundaries play an important role in protecting energy, supporting self-respect, and maintaining healthy relationships, yet many people struggle to set and maintain them. Boundaries can be influenced by past experiences, expectations from others, and fear of conflict or guilt. This course provides a deeper understanding of what boundaries are, why they matter, and how they affect emotional and mental well-being.
Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own boundary patterns, explore common barriers to setting limits, and learn practical strategies for communicating boundaries with clarity and confidence. The course also offers guidance on saying “no” in a way that feels respectful, firm, and aligned with personal values.
