Self-compassion is the practice of treating yourself with the same care and understanding you would give a dear friend. Practicing self-compassion can help boost emotional resilience, reduce stress, and support personal growth. This course helps participants understand what self compassion really is, how it differs from self-criticism, and why it matters for overall well-being.
Participants will explore the benefits of extending the same kindness to themselves that they offer to others and learn practical ways to shift their inner dialogue. This course also offers tools to build a daily self-compassion practice, creating space to slow down, reduce self-judgment, and nurture emotional balance.
