Participants will explore the various types of depression, learn practical strategies for managing symptoms, and discover helpful supports and resources for navigating challenging times. This course empowers participants to better understand depression, reduce self-criticism and stigma, and create a personalized approach to nurturing their mental health and overall well-being.
