Anxiety is one of the most common mental health challenges, yet there are many misconceptions around what anxiety is and how it affects daily life. Anxiety is a natural response to stress that can show up as worry, physical tension, or a sense of unease, and it can affect how we think, feel, and function day to day. This course explores what anxiety is, how it shows up in daily life, and why it often hides behind shame or isolation. Participants will learn to recognize common symptoms, build self-compassion, and create a personalized toolkit of practical, evidence-based strategies for immediate use.  This course provides insight and support for managing anxiety, whether it affects participants directly or someone they care about.
