Self-compassion is a powerful practice that fosters emotional resilience, reduces stress, and supports personal growth. This course explores what self-compassion truly is, how it differs from self-criticism, and why it matters in everyday life. Attendees will examine the benefits of treating themselves with the same care they offer others. Through guided reflections, real-life scenarios, and gentle practices, participants will begin to shift their inner dialogue and reconnect with themselves. The session also provides tools to create a personalized, practical self-compassion routine that fits into daily life. This course offers a space to slow down, soften self-judgment, and build a kinder, more supportive relationship with oneself.
