Life can present many challenges, but cultivating positivity and optimism can make difficult times easier to manage. This course explores emotional regulation and how intentionally shaping thoughts and behaviors can influence the emotions and moods we experience. Participants will learn about psychologist Barbara Fredrickson’s Ten Positive Emotions and how to apply them in daily life to enhance happiness and resilience. Through discussion and practical exercises, participants will discover strategies to strengthen their mindset and embrace a more positive outlook.
