Well Central is a virtual learning centre located at  www.wellcentral.ca

Well Central website offers free, bilingual, interactive, co-produced courses open to anyone, to support mental health, well-being, and recovery.

The Well-Being Course is an self-directed, interactive, online course available through the Well Central platform, available for anyone who wants to improve and protect their mental health and well-being. The Well-Being Course is for anyone who is dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, or other life challenges and would like to enhance their mental health and well-being. This strengths-based course guides each learner on their own personal journey toward improved well-being. Learners set their own goals and learn at their own pace. The Well-Being Course is a good place to start at Well Central and is foundational to all the other courses.

Recovery 101: The Journey Begins is an online, self-paced version of the very popular Well-being Learning Centre Course. In this course, learners will gain a deeper understanding of the recovery process, explore different perspectives and experiences of recovery, learn about helpful recovery strategies, and will be inspired to try a variety of tools for promoting recovery.

Watch for new courses coming soon, including Overcoming Loneliness and Isolation as well as Developing Self-Compassion, two important topics for our present times. We are excited to continue to build course offerings in the new year on the Well Central platform. Follow Well Central on Facebook @wellcentral.ca and Instagram @well_central and share the information with others.

We’d also appreciate your feedback through a survey you can complete after each course. If you have completed a Well Central course and would like to participate in our evaluation, please provide your contact information as requested at the end of the survey.
