Powerful Tools for Caregivers gives you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else.  By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver.  This 6 session self-management program was developed by Stanford University and is led by experienced class leaders.  Caregivers will learn self-care tools to reduce stress, manage emotions such as guilt, anger, and depression, increase confidence in coping with caregiving demands, and increase your use of local resources.

To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone.
