Do you feel like you push yourself too hard but cannot stop? Do you feel the pressure to please others above your own needs? Are you always busy, and setting high standards for yourself? Maybe you stretch yourself too thin. Do you look calm on the outside but inside you are tying to keep it together and get everything done? Are you afraid of emotionally crashing? If, you answer yes to these questions, you might be experiencing high-functioning anxiety. It is an internal pressure that causes exhaustion and often stands in the way of self-care. This course will describe what it is like to have performance anxiety and share some strategies to let go and try to prioritize yourself
