Relationships play a significant role in our lives, helping to foster connection, creates a network of support, and helps establish a strong sense of self. They can be some of the most rewarding parts of life, but they are not always easy. This course explores the characteristics of helpful and unhelpful relationships and the common challenges that can affect connections. Participants will learn practical strategies for improving communication, managing conflict, and building trust.
This course also provides tools to strengthen relationships and help individuals show up as the kind of friend, partner, or family member they want to be.
