How is mental health affected as we age? This course will explore how loneliness and boredom, challenges that many people face as they grow older, affect mental health, and will present strategies on how to manage stress, anxiety, and depression.


This course is offered as part of our HOPE Learning Centre’s Recovery College program. The Learning Centre is open to all adult participants who wish to gain information and learn new skills to support their own mental health and well-being recovery journey. Participation in these classes also provides the opportunity to connect and share with others in a mutually beneficial peer support environment. (*Note that for confidentiality purposes, online courses are not recorded and are not available for offline viewing.)
