Do you find it hard to be kind to yourself when times are tough? Self-compassion is about treating yourself with the same understanding and kindness you would offer a friend during challenging moments. In this 90-minute session, you’ll explore the powerful benefits of self-compassion and discover practical ways to bring it into your daily life. We’ll explore the three main components of self-compassion as defined by Dr. Kristin Neff: mindfulness, common humanity, and self-kindness, and learn how each can help you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
