Hoarding disorder can make it difficult to let go of items, affecting daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. These experiences are often complex and deeply personal. This course identifies what hoarding disorder is, how it shows up, and why it can be challenging to manage. Participants will learn to recognize common signs and symptoms, explore evidence-based treatment options, and gain practical ways to offer support with care and respect. This session aims to build understanding, reduce stigma, and encourage a compassionate and informed approach to hoarding.
