This free online course will provide clarification of what it means to have Attention-deficit/hyperactivity Disorder as an adult. The signs and symptoms of ADHD will be highlighted as well as coping suggestions and treatment options.
This course is offered as part of our HOPE Learning Centre’s Recovery College program. The Learning Centre is open to all adult participants who wish to gain information and learn new skills to support their own mental health and well-being recovery journey. Participation in these classes also provides the opportunity to connect and share with others in a mutually beneficial peer support environment. (*Note that for confidentiality purposes, online courses are not recorded and are not available for offline viewing.)
