Discover the benefits of crocheting while creating a handmade Blanket of Hope in this welcoming sex-week course. Whether participants are new to crocheting or already have experience, everyone is welcome to join. Guided by Christine, participants will learn how to create a rectangle granny square blanket while exploring how creative hobbies can support mental well-being, reduce stress, and encourage relaxation through repetitive, mindful movement. This course offers an opportunity to learn a new skill, connect with others, and create something meaningful in a supportive environment.
