Art and creativity can support mental health, reduce isolation, and foster a sense of belonging. Creating something with others offers the chance for connection, reflection, and self-expression, reminding us that we do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. This course invites participants to create an art project in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Rather than focusing on artistic skill or instruction, the session emphasizes shared creative practice, quiet company, and community connection. Participants are welcome to work at their own pace, explore an optional creative prompt, and, if they wish, share their work or reflections. No previous art or craft experience is necessary.
