Recovery is a personal journey that involves building a meaningful and fulfilling life. This six-session series explores the CHIME framework, which highlights key elements that support recovery: connectedness, hope, identity, meaning, and empowerment. Participants will reflect on their own experiences while exploring ways to build supportive relationships, reconnect with a sense of self, discover purpose, and strengthen their voice and confidence. Each session offers practical tools, discussion, and opportunities for reflection to support growth and well-being. Participants can attend the full series or join individual sessions, making this a flexible and supportive introduction to recovery or a meaningful refresher along the way.
