Film is a powerful form of storytelling that can entertain, inspire, and help us understand complex experiences. Participants are invited to enjoy a film that explores themes related to mental health and see how movies can convey important messages about resilience, struggle, and human connection. Afterwards, a guided discussion will explore the film’s portrayal of individuals living with mental health challenges, how media shapes public perceptions, and the ways stories can challenge or reinforce stereotypes. This session provides a relaxed and supportive space to reflect, share insights, and appreciate the role of film in promoting awareness, empathy, and meaningful conversation about mental health.
