Turning Pages is a six-week mental health program designed for adults aged 50 and over who may be experiencing sadness, anxiety, or challenges related to life transitions such as retirement or caregiving. This evidence-informed program is offered in partnership with the University of Manitoba and focuses on strengthening well-being through education, skill building, peer support, and community connection. Participants explore practical strategies for managing stress, building resilience, and enhancing daily functioning in a supportive group setting.
Dates: 6 Wednesdays, October 21 to December 2, 2026 (NO Class on November 11)
