Radical acceptance is about noticing and acknowledging situations as they are, even when they are difficult or uncomfortable. It does not mean liking or agreeing with what is happening; instead, radical acceptance helps reduce suffering by letting go of the extra stress that comes from fighting reality. Participants will explore how acceptance can reduce emotional overwhelm, build resilience, and support overall well-being. Practical strategies are also introduced to help recognize resistance and respond with greater clarity, calm, and self-compassion.
