Step outside, get moving, and connect with others through meaningful conversation. Walk and Talks are relaxed, drop-in sessions that bring people together to explore interesting topics while enjoying the benefits of fresh air and physical activity. Each session begins with a facilitated discussion based on a predetermined topic, story, or article before continuing the conversation on a casual walk through the neighbourhood. Participants will have the opportunity to share perspectives, build new connections, and experience how movement and community can support mental well-being. No registration is required. Simply drop in and join the conversation.
