Good mental health is not about feeling happy all the time. It involves making space for the full range of human emotions, including challenging feelings such as sadness, fear, and anger. This course explores the benefits of recognizing, naming, and expressing emotions and examines how avoiding or suppressing feelings can affect well-being. Participants will learn how emotional self-regulation, the practice of identifying and shaping emotions, can support resilience, balance, and more effective navigation of life’s challenges.
