The Board of Directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association Manitoba and Winnipeg hereby gives notice of its Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Location: Centro Caboto Centre, 1055 Wilkes Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
We look forward to hosting our members and guests at this year’s Annual General Meeting.

In order to attend, please register in advance of the meeting by filling out the form here.
The meeting is called for the following purposes:
- To receive the Annual Impact Report;
- To report on the election of the Directors;
- To receive the financial statements of the Association for the period ended March 31, 2026 and the report of the auditor on those financial statements;
- To appoint the auditor for the next fiscal year.
Voting procedures at this meeting are outlined in the by-laws of the Association:
- Each member who is listed on the register of members in good standing has one vote for each resolution
- Voting can occur in person or by proxy
- The proxy form is available here.
- Proxies must be received at the registered office of the Association not less than one hour before the meeting, emailed to bappler@cmhamb.ca
