In this two session online course we will focus on the relationship with mental health and addiction/substance use and how they often go hand-in-hand for many people. Strategies to respond to both mental health experiences and addiction/substance use challenges at the same time will be explored. To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone (2 sessions in length, each session is 2 hours long).
