This workshop focuses on helping participants understand their “Window of Tolerance,” the zone where they feel calm, steady, and able to manage daily challenges. It explores what it looks like to become overwhelmed or shut down, and introduces simple tools to help people return to a regulated state. Through mindfulness, discussion, and engaging group activities, participants build self-awareness and confidence, and leave feeling more grounded and empowered.
