Body image influences how people view and feel about their physical appearance, how they move through the world, and how they compare themselves to others. Concerns about body image can show up at many stages of life and affect people of all genders, often shaped by social expectations and personal experiences. This course offers a supportive space to explore what body image is, how it develops, and why it can be so challenging. Participants will learn about common body image struggles, reflect on their own experiences, and explore the concept of body neutrality as an alternative to pressure around body positivity. This course introduces practical, compassionate strategies to support a more respectful and accepting relationship with the body, focusing on care, functionality, and self-kindness.
