Stress can affect the body, mind, and emotions, often making daily life more challenging. While small amounts of stress can be helpful, prolonged or overwhelming stress can be harmful. During this course, participants examine how stress shows up, learn to spot early warning signs, and explore the differences between everyday stress and burnout. Practical tools are introduced to help manage stress and protect mental health. This course supports greater awareness, stronger coping skills, and a more balanced, calm, and confident approach to life’s challenges.
