Empathy is the ability to step into someone else’s world, seeing their experiences through their eyes. It’s a powerful skill that deepens connection, fosters understanding, and strengthens relationships. In this course, we’ll explore what makes empathy different from sympathy, how to cultivate self-empathy, and the impact empathy has on our interactions with others. Together, we’ll develop this essential skill and appreciate its power to transform relationships and deepen understanding.
