Do you struggle with your mood and energy level in the winter? Do you feel like you have cabin fever from staying inside and keeping warm? This online course will explore the challenges that come with winter and how they impact our mental health and overall well-being. Strategies will be shared, and we will build hope for the upcoming spring. To join this course, you will need access to the internet or a phone.
