This session combines mindfulness and painting to promote relaxation, creative expression. No art experience is required, only an interest in exploring and enjoying the process. Through simple exercises, participants will use painting to stay present, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of calm. Each participant will leave with their own artwork and a feeling of peace.
