This session combines mindfulness and painting to promote relaxation, creative expression, and a deeper sense of self love. No art experience is required, only an interest in exploring and enjoying the process. Through simple exercises, participants will use painting to stay present, reduce stress, and appreciate themselves with greater kindness. Each participant will leave with their own artwork and a feeling of calm and care for themselves.
