Are you considering making a meaningful change in your life? Then this is the course for you! In this course, we will describe the six stages of change. Every person passes through these stages or phases when they are trying to make a change in their life or are trying to let go of a habit or behaviour. Join us to discuss change and recovery interact and how to successfully make meaningful and lasting change.
