This course explores how stress manifests, how to recognize early warning signs, and how burnout differs from everyday stress. Through discussion and reflection, participants will learn practical strategies to manage stress and support well-being. Whether experiencing ongoing stress or preparing for challenging times, this session helps participants build awareness and develop healthier coping skills. By the end, participants will feel more equipped to navigate life’s challenges with balance and resilience.
