Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can develop when past traumatic experiences continue to affect daily life, making it difficult to feel safe and function fully. In this 90-minute facilitated session, we will explore what PTSD is, how it impacts both the mind and body, and the challenges that come with it. Through guided discussion, we’ll examine common symptoms, the effects of trauma on the brain, and evidence-based treatment options that support recovery. This session will also provide practical strategies and resources to help navigate the healing process in a supportive group setting.
