Boundaries are the foundation of self-respect and healthy relationships yet setting them can be challenging. This 90 minute course offers a deeper understanding of what boundaries are, why they matter, and how they influence well-being. Participants will explore their own personal boundaries, learn strategies for communicating them with confidence, and practice saying “no” without guilt. By the end of the session, participants will feel more empowered to honor their needs in both daily life and relationships.
