SUMMARY:Insights into Boundaries (Selkirk\, MB) - January 2026
DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nBoundaries are the foundation of self-respect and he
 althy relationships yet setting them can be challenging. This 90 minute co
 urse offers a deeper understanding of what boundaries are\, why they matte
 r\, and how they influence well-being. Participants will explore their own
  personal boundaries\, learn strategies for communicating them with confid
 ence\, and practice saying "no" without guilt. By the end of the session\,
  participants will feel more empowered to honor their needs in both daily
