ADHD has become a common diagnosis for children and adults alike.  Many adults are surprised to receive this diagnosis later in life when their struggles to concentrate and learn in school are long past.  What does Adult ADHD mean? Can it be a strength rather than a disability? This course will provide clarification of what it means to have Adult ADHD. The signs and symptoms of ADHD will be highlighted as well as treatment options and resources.
