ADHD has become a common diagnosis for children and adults alike. Many adults ae surprised to receive this diagnosis later in life when their struggles to concentrate and learn in school are long past. What does Adult ADHD mean? Can it be a strength rather than a disability? This course will provide clarification of what it means to have Adult ADHD. Well-being strategies for managing will be shared and highlighted.
