ADD/ADHD has become a common diagnosis for children and adults alike.  What does it really mean, and can it be a strength rather than a disability?  This course will provide clarification of what it means to have ADD/ADHD.  The similarities and the differences between the two will be highlighted as well as treatment options and some natural approaches to well-being with ADD/ADHD.
