Self-esteem refers to how we view, value, and relate to ourselves. It shapes our confidence, decision-making, relationships, and overall well-being. This session explores the core components of self-esteem and the personal and environmental factors that influence it.
Participants will identify patterns of self-talk, recognize the role of the inner critic, and reflect on how these experiences impact daily life. Practical strategies will be introduced to help strengthen self-esteem and support the development of a personalized plan for continued growth and self-worth.
