Boundaries are personal guidelines that protect well-being and support respectful relationships. This three-session course helps participants identify their own boundaries and communicate them effectively. Through discussion and practical exercises, participants will explore what boundaries are, why they matter, and how they can change over time. They will also practice having boundary conversations and saying “no” with confidence. By the end of the course, participants will feel empowered to maintain boundaries that honour their needs and strengthen their relationships.
