Thoughts have a strong impact on feelings, actions, and how people see themselves. When negative or unhelpful thoughts become habits, they can increase stress, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion. This course explores common negative thinking patterns and how they show up in everyday life. Participants will learn simple, practical tools to notice unhelpful thoughts, challenge them gently, and replace them with more balanced ways of thinking. This course also offers strategies to quiet the inner critic and build a kinder, more supportive inner voice.
